To Secure Fair Treatment for All PCO Drivers

We exist to empower drivers through collective bargaining, legal support, and the creation of sustainable alternatives to current exploitative platforms.

The Problem We're Solving

According to recent studies from the University of Oxford and the International Transport Workers' Federation, ride-hail drivers worldwide face systemic issues:

  • Declining real wages: Drivers earn 20-30% less than 5 years ago
  • Lack of employment rights: Most drivers classified as independent contractors
  • Algorithmic management: Opaque algorithms control earnings and job allocation
  • Safety concerns: Increasing reports of assaults and inadequate platform support
